Admission Policies:

1. The applicant should take the admission test and the interview for the level applied for. Testing fee is to be paid at the Accounting Office.
2. The applicant should submit the requirements for admission. The checklist of requirements may be secured from the Registrar's Office.
3. Incoming Kinder students must be at least five (5) years old by August 31 of the incoming/current school year.

New Students:

• Original copy of Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate
• Original copy of Form 137
• Original and one (1) photocopy of Form 138 or Report Card duly signed by the Principal (if previously enrolled)
• Original Good Moral Certificate
• Four (4) copies of latest ID photo (1.5 x 1.5)
• Recommendation Form
• Application and Testing Fee (Php 250.00)

Non-Refundable:

• Test Result
• Please bring (1) long folder and (1) long plastic envelope
